    In the rare event you experience an interruption of Service that is caused by TelePacific, you are entitled to an invoice credit as indicated in the Terms and Conditions according to the Service Level Agreement for the specific services.

    You have 45 days from the end of your monthly billing period when the event occurred to initiate the credit request.
