The default space allocated for web hosting is 30MB per customer site. Disk space can be increased in 20MB increments. To order more space for your site, contact us.
TelePacific web servers support the following:
Personal cgi-bin folder Active State Perl 5.6 ASP (Microsoft Active Server Pages) PHP (PHP4 at this time) Java	Perl ODBC (Access DB or .mdb files) Form mail (Please consult this document for details on sending email from forms on your site.)
TelePacific Web Servers do not support the following:
SQL Database Hosting Microsoft.NET (.aspx)	SSL Certificates Cold Fusion
Password protecting websites on the server side. If you want to password protect or add login functionality you must implement your own code to make this work

FTP servers

Refer to the original instructions that were provided when your service was turned-up.
If your website points to the IP address:	64.60.0.36 use: ftp1.telepacific.net 64.60.0.40 use: ftp.telepacific.net 64.60.0.43 use: ftp2.telepacific.net

When you login to upload files, you are already in the root folder where your home page should be located. For the home page, please use either of the following:
default.asp, default.htm, default.html, index.htm, index.html, index.asp
