Note: A top-level domain (TLD), sometimes referred to as a top-level domain name (TLDN), is the last part of an Internet domain name; that is, the letters which follow the final dot of any domain name. For example, in the domain name www.example.com, the top-level domain is com (or COM, as domain names are not case-sensitive).

  1. Open Netscape Mail 4.5, 4.6, or 4.7
  2. Click 'Edit,' and select 'Preferences.'
  3. Open 'Mail & Newsgroups,' and click 'Mail Servers.'
  4. Enter 'smtp.telepacific.net' in the 'Outgoing mail (SMTP) server:' field, and enter your username (including '@yourdomain.tld' in the 'Outgoing mail server user name:' field.
  5. Click 'Add...' to add a new POP Server.
  6. Enter 'pop.telepacific.net' in the 'Server Name:' field.
  7. Select 'POP 3 Server' as the 'Server Type.'
  8. Enter your Gmail username (including '@gmail.com) in the 'User Name:' field.
  9. 'Check for mail every "10" minutes.
  10. Check 'Automatically download any new messages.'
  11. *Make sure the box next to 'Leave messages on server' is unchecked.
  12. Click 'Identity' in left column.
  13. Enter your name in the 'Your Name' field.
  14. Enter your full email address (username@yourdomain.tld) in the 'Email Address:' field.
  15. Enter your email address in the 'Reply-to Address:' field.

Congratulations! You're done configuring your client to send and retrieve messages.
