Note: A top-level domain (TLD), sometimes referred to as a top-level domain name (TLDN), is the last part of an Internet domain name; that is, the letters which follow the final dot of any domain name. For example, in the domain name www.example.com, the top-level domain is com (or COM, as domain names are not case-sensitive). Open Entourage 2004.

  1. Click 'Tools,' and select 'Accounts'
  2. Click 'New.'
  3. (If you receive the 'Account Setup Assistant,' click 'Configure account manually.')

  4. Select 'POP' next to 'Account type:,' and click 'OK.'
  5. Enter a name for your new account in the 'Account Name:' field.
  6. Enter your full name in the 'Your Name:' field.
  7. Enter your full email address (username@yourdomain.tld) in the 'Email Address:' field.
  8. Enter your username (including '@yourdomain.tld) in the 'Account ID' field.
  9. Enter 'pop.telepacific.net' in the 'Incoming Mail Server:' field.
  10. Click 'Click here for advanced receiving options' in the 'Receiving mail' section.
  11. The advanced options should appear as follows:
  12. Enter your password in the 'Your Password:' field.
  13. Enter 'smtp.telepacific.net' in the 'Outgoing Mail Server:' field.
  14. Click 'Click here for advanced sending options' in the 'Sending mail' section.
  15. Check the box next to 'SMTP server requires authentication,' and click 'OK.'
