    DESCRIPTION

The following rate plans are assigned in conjunction with the Inbound Toll Free Service. Inbound Toll Free utilizes the area code prefixes of 800, 888, 877, 866 and 855 to denote a toll free number. Dialing a toll free number is free for the originator of the call, and the call is billed to the person who owns the toll free number. Inbound calls can be made from the continental US and, if chosen, the following other locations: Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, and Canada. Inbound calls cannot be made from other countries.

Interstate long distance rates are billed in initial increments of thirty (30) seconds and in six (6) second increments thereafter. Detail is provided on the bill.
